Westpac DataX, launched in June 2022, is the Westpac Group’s integrated data insights capability service which helps organisations inform agile and evidence-based decision-making. The insights are drawn from de-identified data sourced from across the bank’s operations, including over 2 billion card transactions a year and 12 million-plus customers.
