Andatech
Andatech Prodigy 3 Industrial Breathalyser has been selected as an ABA100® Winner for Product Innovation in The Australian Business Awards 2023. The Australian Business Award for Product Innovation [PIA] recognises products and services that provide innovative solutions for business and market needs.
Since its establishment in 2003, Andatech has specialised in the innovation, design, manufacturing and distribution of alcohol breathalysers, drug test kits, air treatment appliances and other workplace health and safety essentials. For 20 years, the company’s goal has been to provide the public with reliable and accurate breathalysers for industrial and personal use, ensuring responsible drinking is made available to Australians from all walks of life.
The Andatech Prodigy 3 professional breathalyser is among Andatech’s most innovative breathalyser. The Prodigy 3 Breathalyser offers state-of-the-art technology and extensive features, such as a built-in camera, internet connectivity, a built-in thermal printer, and a direct connection to Andalink.
The Prodigy 3 eliminates the need for a secondary device, as data can be easily transferred to the highly secure and reliable cloud-based data management system developed and managed by Andatech. This in-house management ensures that sensitive data is kept confidential and protected from unauthorised access. The device is known to be accurate, fast and easy to use; it also possesses features unique to the Australian breathalyser market, including 4G and WiFi compatibility, a built-in wide lens 5-megapixel camera and a GPS tracker.
Furthermore, The Prodigy 3’s built-in wide lens 5-megapixel camera allows test subjects to photograph themselves during testing. The camera helps create genuine proof that the test subject has conducted the test while eliminating the chance of bypassing the mandatory test, which is common in breathalysers with mobile pairing.
The creation of the Prodigy 3 came about after Andatech representatives held talks with clients and key players in various industries, including lawyers and law enforcement officials. Further industry research saw an absence of foolproof breathalysers that can be used in various settings, allowing Andatech to help fill this gap and continue the organisation’s mission of helping to create and maintain safer workplaces, establishments and homes.
