Designed to be embedded on the education providers’ website via iFrame or from the Ascent One webpage, Easy Agent Publisher feeds a dynamic agent list on the education providers’ website to enable users e.g., prospective students to find an agent seamlessly. Updating an agent list is traditionally a manual and administrative process, which is handled by several staff and departments. Updated agent details are continuously gathered from the education providers’ agent network, which is normally held in a database or Excel sheet.
Easy Agent Publisher (EAP) automatically updates the agent listing on an education providers’ website, by publishing agent contact data gathered from the Easy Agent platform without any manual intervention. The Easy Agent platform is a global agent database which is updated every quarter to ensure the validity of agent contact information. Under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act) setting out the legal framework governing delivery of education to international students in Australia on a student visa, education providers are required to ensure that all information showcased on their website are accurate and not misleading. Easy Agent Publisher lists updated agent locations and contact details on the education provider’s website instantly, allowing the education providers’ agent list to remain accurate and up to date. This enables education providers in Australia to satisfy the requirement of the ESOS Act.
The EAP technology uses several features on the education providers’ agent list, which enhances the user experience. For example, the platform integrates with Google/Baidu maps, which enables the user to view a list of agents to better understand their location. The geo-tagging feature of the EAP provides the nearest agents to a user. Directions to the agent’s office can be sent straight to the prospective students mobile. Users can also search agents based on city, state, or country and contact their preferred agent directly from the education providers’ website via the call-back request function.
Easy Agent Publisher provides an intuitive dashboard where the details of the call- back requests are displayed along with other useful information such as agent search, browsers used, and other data categories. EAP provides an additional touchpoint to the institutions’ student lifecycle to nurture the leads acquired from the agent list.
These innovate features of the EAP technology, have transformed the entire agent listing process from a manual, highly administrative, and resource intensive task into a seamless automated process.
In addition, EAP is a low-cost solution which removes the need for financial investment in computer hardware, software integration, and technology backups to publish agent details. It removes the risk of providing incorrect information to its desired users thereby avoiding confusion and a poor user experience.
